{"id":359,"date":"2019-09-05T13:14:18","date_gmt":"2019-09-05T18:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.tnble.org\/?page_id=359"},"modified":"2019-09-06T10:29:09","modified_gmt":"2019-09-06T15:29:09","slug":"expiration-of-applications-for-admission-by-examination-score","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/staging.tnble.org\/?page_id=359","title":{"rendered":"Expiration of Applications for Admission by Examination Score"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>An application for admission by examination, re-examination, or transferred UBE score expires and closes upon the earlier of: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>admission and issuance of a license; <\/li><li>filing with the Board a notice of withdrawal of the application by the applicant;<\/li><li>denial of a license under <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.tnble.org\/?page_id=56 \">Rule 7<\/a>, Section 9.05;<\/li><li>thirty days after the entry of the order denying the application due to failure of the applicant meet the character and fitness standard in <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.tnble.org\/?page_id=56 \">Rule 7<\/a>, Section 6.01;<\/li><li>thirty days after the entry of the order denying a transferred UBE score for failure to meet eligibility requirements; <\/li><li>expiration of exam or UBE scores; <\/li><li>six months after the last communication from the Board sent following completion of the background investigation, and which remains unanswered by the applicant for admission by transferred UBE score; or<\/li><li>three years after the last submitted application for examination or re-examination. &nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To re-apply after an application expires, begin with an <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.tnble.org\/?page_id=89\">Application for First-Time Applicants<\/a>. You will need to re-submit all documentation, including a new NCBE application, law degree verification and transcripts.
